Pumps with perma Gas Lubricators
Grease lubricated slurry and sump pumps demand regular injections of fresh, clean grease to the bearings and gland seals. The regular application of grease to the labyrinth seals is particularly important.
Careful attention paid to grease purging of labyrinth seals provides extra protection against ingress of dirt and prolong bearing life. It is very common for automatic lubricators to be employed to fulfil this demand.
