Conveyors with perma Gas Lubricators
Conveyor bearing lubrication presents a challenge for a range of reasons:
Lubrication conditions are normally agressive due to high levels of contamination and bearing loads are often high. This combination demands regular, short greasing intervals; Centralised lubrication systems are generally not economical due to the large distances between lubrication points; -
For manual lubrication the lube technician is presented with long walking distances, ladders and stairs.
Example 1: Classic lubricator remote mounted using 0.75meters of grease line and an MB01SBC30 bracket. The complete installation kit (excluding lubricator) is available as K130S0.75
Example 2: Futura lubricator remote mounted using 1 meter long grease lines and a CH02 bracket. The complete installation kit (excluding lubricator) is available as K2CHG.
Example 3: Classic lubricator direct mounted.

Example 5: Futura lubricator direct mounted to a dead shaft bearing. The lubricator is supported by an A620P support flange and rotates with the pulley.
