The perma SELECT program can be downloaded from this page. perma SELECT is relubrication calculation software which has been developed by perma in cooperation with one of the world's leading bearing manufacturers. The program requires bearing details and information regarding operational conditions to be entered. The system then matches the nearest lubricator setting for your chosen perma lubricator.
Because the perma SELECT program requires qualitative information to be entered for the operational conditions and because the variations in equipment installations are endless, the perma SELECT results should be considered as a guide only. Operators should always take additional factors into account when determining grease application rates including site specific maintenance experience, condition monitoring results and original equipment manufacturers recommendations.
